Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but exactly as I needed, well-stocked with amenities like a tea kettle, large TV, and room safe. They were lovely, comfy, and insulated against street noise. The service was extremely friendly and efficient, going beyond my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Swiss Chuchi restaurant downstairs. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is located in a fabulous spot overlooking a sweet piazza in a fantastic location. The rooms are really comfortable and come with all the usual facilities you'd expect in this level of hotel. The service was great with specific requests being handled wonderfully. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with friendly and attentive professionals. The dining experience was nice each morning, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is located in the heart of Zurich, close to public transportation and with a great central location. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and ready early at our request, offering good storage space. The service was exceptional, accommodating our early arrival with kindness and warmth. The location is superb, near attractions, public transportation, and with easy access to restaurants and local amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a selection of cold cuts and cereals each morning. A standout feature is the well-maintained and enjoyable premises.
The hotel had rooms with great lighting and windows opening to the courtyard, offering a quiet and dark environment when needed, but it lacked a climate control system which could be inconvenient on hot days. The rooms might seem a bit small, yet cozy.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its charming rooms, great toiletries, and enjoyable people-watching experience. However, the price could be a bit high for some travelers. The service was exceptional, particularly during check-in, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was a drawcard for me, being walking distance to key attractions and offering easy access to transportation. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a decent variety of breakfast options. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall positive stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really great, offering lots of space and complimentary beverages. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the attentive cleaning ladies Rose and Mary and Frank at the front desk. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The dining experience was nice overall, with a lovely view of the streets. Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay.
The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Zurich's old city, surrounded by charming restaurants and just a stone's throw from the Limmat river. The rooms are impeccably clean, with lovely small touches, and my early check-in at 9 a.m. was seamlessly accommodated. The service, especially from the efficient, personable, and helpful Jennifer, was excellent. However, one grumpy staff member stood out among an otherwise courteous team. The dining options, while nice overall, were limited in selections with mostly cold servings. The location allows easy access to the main center, and the hotel is a great starting point for wandering the historic streets of Zurich.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were truly soundproof and manageable in size, they were not as clean and polished as I had hoped. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond my expectations. The location was ideal for exploring Zurich's old town, but the noise level from the pedestrian area was a downside. The dining options exceeded my expectations, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms facing a quiet street, with very friendly and professional service. Its excellent location in the heart of Zurich's Old Town makes it ideal for exploring the city, but dining options may lack variety. Overall, a great value for money choice.
